 chloe bruckenheim
chloe lucille bruckenheim was born on september 15, 1987 to doug and anne marie bruckenheim in racine, wisconsin. she was their fifth, final and most (innocently) rambunctious child. in the wake of a wholly normal childhood, her parents divorced when she was 14. they cited financial difficulties as the cause of the split and for that reason, chloe, who took it the hardest out of all her siblings, vowed to get the stable, secure job that she was certain would result in the happiness her parents never seemed to find. because of this, she was always vocal about leaving racine for college and starting a life outside of wisconsin. it was no surprise, then, that when she graduated high school at 18, she left her hometown with her best friend & partner in crime, thad, in tow, to attend the University of Illinois on a partial scholarship. she majored and graduated with a degree in music and is now interning at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association. she loves playing open mic nights when she has a chance, bargain hunting at used book stores and vintage jewelery shops, the office, her day job at a daycare and people that have a sense of humor about themselves. she absolutely despises the neighbor down the hall's toy poodle that barks incessantly, having to live off of pb&j sandwiches, her second job at a bar and chocolate ice cream.
